All products need to be in a pristine condition with all original tags and packagings attached. Your returned items need to arrive back to us with 21 days of purchasing for a refund to be processed. If so, you will need to follow the below steps:
Package all the retuning items and place in a mailing bag
Send to: SM, Unit 2-14, Premier Park, Road One, Winsford, CW7 3PH
Once received your order can take up to 10 days for your refund to be processed
